Single stage side channel blowers of the ZME SCB series provide high air flow with small values of vacuum or discharge pressure. The blowers are highly reliable, operate without the use of lubricants and require virtually no maintenance.
They are most often used in water treatment and aeration systems of aerotanks, in printing machines (blowing and pressing sheets), in food industries (blowing glass containers, packing lines, air supply to conveyor lines), in gas analyzers, as well as wherever dry clean air is required.
Optionally, SCB blowers can be equipped with safety valves to protect against overheating and air filters. To reduce the noise level, ZME can offer a noise-proof casing with internal ventilation or heating.
All blowers are equipped with electric motors of energy efficiency class IE2 as standard.
