Central vacuum systems of the CVU-D series are very highly reliable due to redundancy of performance.
One vacuum pump (the main one) provides 100% of the design capacity, and the second pump (the backup one) is ready for instant start-up and maintaining the vacuum, if necessary, at a given level. During scheduled maintenance of one vacuum pump, the second pump will ensure uninterrupted operation of the production line.
For medical institutions, the CVU-D series systems are equipped with oil-compacted vacuum pumps of the O5, U5 or RVL series, and a group of ABFG antibacterial filters is also installed. A high degree of particle filtration prevents the accumulation of trace elements in the vacuum receiver.
